Why are you only asking for the positive? Don't you care about conflicting opinions? I'm not sure who selected the questions for this survey, but they are drastically skewed.
I've been here for almost two years and have had no change in my compensation, and no mention of a change. This is the first place that I have worked where there is not even a cost-of-living adjustment annually. My manager does ZERO advocacy for his/her team on this front.
