
The most positive aspect about the culture is the willingness to shift approach if our trajectory is not working.
The main reason I feel undervalued is because of the lack of transparency and clarity around pay benefits. Unlimited PTO is fantastic, but I'm most interested in ongoing leadership assessments, growth opportunities, merit increases, annual bonuses, etc.
At Salsify there is little collaboration across departments. Sales is hostile to CS and vice versa. This makes internal escalation or discussion pretty difficult when there is no assumption of good intent. Everyone just assumes the worst.
I believe the leadership team needs to become much better at strategic planning and change management. The V2MOM efforts are warranted and appreciated, but without a physical plan to get us there it's all talk. We'd like to see tangible change, in our daily processes and beyond.
