I've been able to progress my career at Salsify from a BDR to Sales Operations and it's helped me identify a path that best suits me. I've made valuable connections and friendships throughout my time and the fact that I can become so close with my coworkers is amazing. I'm excited for what's next!

A lot of us have similar interests which has made us a very tight knit group. It helps we are all within the same age range, but knowing I can hang out with my coworkers outside of work is always a plus

They not only care about providing the proper resources to help you be successful professionally, but also provide guidance how to grow personally. Everyone is very collaborative and open to feedback on how the company can do better. Leadership always provides clear direction for the company too!

Being rewarded for the work I put in day in and day out is the best part as a member of the sales organization. I get to control how well I get paid out and it keeps me accountable to always give 100% of what I got.

Everyone is aligned on growing the company as quickly as we can to reach our IPO goal. In the office, you can always feel an energy that makes you want to make a difference to help the company in the best way you can. Fingers crossed we can be back some point soon in 2021!
