
When I started I felt supported and excited about opportunities. With lots of change management I feel I have been lost in the shuffle so I don't feel as supported or as appreciated and opportunities feel farther away

My team is really close and we've made it a point to have regular Zoom calls just to see each other and work together as if we were in the office.
My title was changed in a way that I don't necessarily agree with, to a role that has a lower band than the title I was originally at. There hasn't been a great justification to doing this. Would have felt better about it if it was clear where I fit on my team.
I got a promotion during COVID which makes me feel like the compensation would have been higher pre-COVID. I also don't have a clearly defined set of responsibilities within my role. If I did, I would understand if I was being paid fairly and be able to take direct action. Right now it's vague.
