Have more meaningful morning meeting and NOT just for credit, online orders, etc, but with the company as a whole. If a store is in danger of closing, don't wait until the very last minute or if it's doing well say that too.Many times it's only the bad news we hear.Listen to us is the main thing.Use to be that when we had meetings it was very upbeat, but it's always doom and gloom
Sell it & quit dragging everyone thru this slow death!! No merchandise. No hours given to work (who wants to stay with 12 hours a week??) Corporate has taken away ALL power to satisfy a customer. Just say NO!! How can any of this provide a positive workplace???
The media has killed our business, send out more positive info to each Sears directly to employees. Maybe in Segno information training.
Start by hiring successful retail leaders, not from bankrupt retailers like circuit city etc
Change upper Management. Let the employees own the company like Delta Airlines
change the metrics and not focus on sales to much

Better training for the managers and employees.
Pay more attention to employees needs.
