I work a part time job so I can keep my house. I expect to make a good amount in the fourth quarter, not because overall sales will be good but because with a small staff I will work harder. A few years ago we had time to wait for customers. Now our department has two people working when four years ago we had four, on a Saturday.

very poor for commission sales personel. Commision rates have been reduced heavily over the last several years. Mark downs taken affect commission rates, even if no fault of sales person.

Appliances = 100% commission with minimum wage draw that must be paid back. Other consultative = $6.50 base plus 1/2% commission.
