    I have worked at Sears for 23 years. Don't remember the last time I received a raise. Becoming a lead years ago got me the pay I have now

    It would be nice to have pay raises, Sears doesn't give raises, but will give hire on bonuses, but not to the ones that stay year after year

    I work in the Mattress Dept. and I love my job, but now we don't have a discount, our commission is lower. and 30 minutes for lunch.

    I have not had a raise in years! I get good scores on my reviews, but what's the point if I can't get a raise!

    Only cares about "metrics". We're a number on their page. ONLY flags "good job" when metrics (ALL of them) are good.No room EVER for dips.

    1% avg commission and $6/hr for what was 4% and $4.50/hr a few years ago?! You do the math on a $5-10,000 week.

    Doing the job of two people taking away hours no pay raise in five years! Pay more in health benefits unfair practices

    We should be compensated based on customer sadisfaction and quality of work, not sales. We are repair people not sales people.

    The company direction is to promote a rewards membership rather than actually selling merchandise. Advancement and pay raises do not exist

    Low base for the work that has to be done. Commission rates are low, avg pay is $12/hr in some depts
