A positive comment once in a while would be nice. Stop barking out orders. Every day seems more and more like working in a prison camp.
Treat us as people & not just a number on their reports. They TALK culture but it does not exist! No work-life balance at all.
More understanding. ASM constantly urge us for Credit apps,. SYW and we understand why but impossible when you don't see a customer all day

Reducing hours and some new dept changes are very frustrating. The management team is expected to do more and more. Isn't possible!!!
get management to work WITH the staff not against them..almost have to raise our hands to use the restroom..always looking over our shoulder
Where there were 6-10 associates on 8 registers in three big ticket departments, there is now 1 or 2 associates (and 3 phones).
Stop changing things Some things should change fro time to time,but just for the sake of doing it.
Poor housekeeping standards in order to save money. Misc. chores as required should not include cleaning the store.
Better understanding from Upper Management of what we do at the ground level
Management not treating help poorly and give a hand when needed
Making associates feel valued. Treating them with respect
More positive reinforcement would help.
