
I had read where no one has time to help their neighbor and I have to disagree. There hasn't been one time where I had reached out and didn't have someone their for me and my members on the phone.
The Lead that I interviewed with was incredible. She single handedly made my decision to join Sedgwick easy. I had other offers with higher pay but there was something that I felt from our interview that made me choose this company.
For me, I have had both good and bad run ins with leadership. Being fairly new I have to say that the jury is still out on this one. I have seen things handled well and then I have seen things that were not handled well at all.
I think that if you are upbeat, it will spread. I also believe that if you are negative, you will get that back too. The thing is, you have to buy into and support your work environment and help make it the place where you want to be.
Their PTO offered is ranked up their with the best of them. I would have liked to have seen a little bit of a better match on the 401K however, they do offer HSA with the HDHP and they do contribute handsomely on that so in hindsight it kind of makes up slightly.
