
Those of us that just do the work and don't self-promote, rarely get recognized.
What I like best about the leadership team, is that they're working in the trenches with us.
Silazens should more often think about the other person's perspective when it comes to requesting work (e.g., what background information would be helpful? what context could be important?). They should also be mindful of using appropriate pathways to request work (Asana = good, hallway = bad).
