People in general are very open with their ideas/results and are keen to collaborate.

Freedom to work on the scientific problems that interest me the most and interacting with some of my coworkers.
Our CEO and leadership team are very transparent about the state of the company, our relationship with customers and our plans/goals.
I think what I like the most is that we are willing to hear that we are doing some things wrong and work together to improve ourselves.
The openness to share info about the state of business (=what works/what we can improve on/what we will stop etc) and future plans about where the company is going.
Most people are really willing to help out by sharing their expertise/knowledge and brainstorm ideas. I think that we take a lot of pride in mastering our craft as a company/team.
