Genuinely open to input from individual contributors / people on the ground doing the work. If we tell them something is hard and will take time to solve, they believe us.
We value distributed decision making and taking time to ensure that those closest to the work have the opportunity to influence its direction. Sometimes that slows us down a bit, but I appreciate that I feel like my voices matters and that people take my opinion seriously.
My teammates are awesome! They're all great people that are fun to be around and who also happen to be great at their jobs. I appreciate how collaborative we are, how much we value each other's input, and how we see each other as whole people and not just work-outputters.
The people I work with and that I get to work on high-impact projects. My responsibilities have increased over my tenure at the company, which is very rewarding. I've been able to grow because of mentorship from my colleagues and managers, and I'm humbled that leadership trusts me to do a good job.
I definitely feel like I'm paid fairly with respect to my colleagues; I don't feel that I'm unpaid with respect to anyone on my team. I think I'm underpaid with respect to the market, though. I could probably get a higher salary somewhere else. A higher salary would make me feel better.
