No clear growth path. Constantly understaffed. No real compensation changes and acknowledgment for the work, but we do hire more middle management.
We care about each other and try to do the most with the few people we have. More work with less people and making it work.
Take care of the people that are there for a longer period. People are afraid of speaking up because of the American culture that is currently going around. Respect that this was a UK / Israel startup and people care about these values.
