There are too many blockers and bottlenecks in our approval processes

I know that I am paid less for my market and role, so pay me more/level me?

They are accessible to a certain degree and a good mix of tenure and expertise in their fields.

They are open to hearing new ideas, progressive, and understanding. I think that there could be some improvement but otherwise nothing that stands out as a red flag.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best Total Rewards package I have received and seen in the industry. Employer Paid Health Care is amazing, unlimited PTO, and free food (when we are in office)!
