
Best part of my compensation package is probably the entireity of stock, salary, and bonus.
Everyone is super passionate in making a great product, and is very focused on doing quality work.
Bottleneck at leadership level which has slowed down progress and reduced innovation. Leadership needs to give autonomy to people below them while giving a vision for the product.
Leadership needs to be better at: 1. Focusing on improving user experience rather than trying to monetize our users as much as possible 2. Be willing to take risks for innovation 3. Find a vision, and corral the team around it
