
Best part about my team are my peers. I admire a lot of my peers on my team and am inspired by them.
Base pay is roughly market rate for my position, maybe a bit below. However, RSU package is not great given the stock price recently.
Im not convinced leadership on my team is aware of the problems we face. Additionally, I am not convinced they would do anything about the problems if they were aware based on their history.
Self awareness and honesty I think are skills the leadership team could improve. For instance, our engineering org, and the team i am on in particular, has very few women. And they are not treated fairly. Why does the leadership team think this is?
