I generally prefer when special projects are running.
My interactions with everyone at TM have been positive and helpful. People are quick to answer questions and always try to help out.
The team leaders are easy to get in touch with, bring a positive attitude, and give constructive criticism if necessary. I feel like they honestly just want to help me succeed.
So there's no interview, but you do have to pass entrance exams to gain access to TM and then various teams. I think the exams can be difficult at times but are definitely fair.
I think the culture at TM is the best part of the job actually. It's a really positive work experience, and I've learned a lot from working there. The people are friendly, positive, and helpful, and I'm always paid on time.
You can get paid an okay wage once you're accepted to more specialized teams. Regular pay rate is incredibly low though. There are no benefits or stock options, but as a contractor, I don't expect those things and am fine with that aspect of the job.
