In my brief 2 week experience here so far at sore 49, I have been criticized for my sexuality, threatened to be fired for not memorizing all our smoothies by now (even retired ones), and I have been threatened with physical violence. This is not okay by any means. I hope this can be resolved.

Honestly nothing makes me happy here because of being threatened with physical violence. I do not feel safe going into work because I do not know what my coworkers or my boss will say about me to each other or directly to me.

My coworkers need to work on their professionalism. They use language in front of customers including children that is not family friendly. They also mainly stand around and joke around with each other when there is no food or smoothies to be made.

The leadership team at my store needs to get better at discipline. My store manager witnessed on many occasions my coworkers talking badly about me to my face and has done nothing about it. Also, I now do not feel safe going to work thanks to being threatened with physical violence.
