My team works very well together and will do whatever it takes to keep morale in the store high and people happy to come to work

When everyone is doing their job consistently but having a good time while doing it, good steady business while having good staff to keep it going when it’s slow it’s nice to clean
Have some type of benefits the dental plan is kinda messed up, and managers could use better benefits and training, separate days for training would work nicely, having employees designated as trainees so make sure people are getting all the info they need to do their job effectively
