There are no words to describe how completely overworked and under paid these employees are. Especially for the amount of public abuse they endure hourly.

it is a warm and welcoming atmosphere, hard-working and diligent people. But not too strict or bland. High spirits throughout the day make for great productivity.
Bad management skills with staff that are underpaid and not given any raise for the positive that happens. Only the negative gets looked and in most cases there is no plan of correction.
