It's a very supportive community with opportunities aplenty for socialization amongst coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that managers are available to talk to at pretty much all times. It's really easy to get to know everyone and appreciate peoples' styles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the hourly rate is not what it should be. I've worked excessive hours for this company for limited compensation and if the benefits were better maybe it would even out but that's not been the case.
