it was a total of 2hrs - quick follow up times and responses - honesty about pay in the very first stage - great conversations and responsiveness with recruiter and managers that were a part of interview process

Always approachable and transparent - during weekly townhalls they don't just talk about the health of the business but of the health of the team and overall satisfaction ensuring core values are truly embedded in everything that we do

They responded quickly and always kept me in the loop - 3 interviews with a total of 2hrs altogether - did not waste my time round after round - focused on ME as a person just as much as my work experience

Always accommodating to my needs - represent their values in every company decision made so its built into the business in a way that employees are not forgotten and left behind - great resource groups that offer well attended and helpful sessions on minority issues and mental health

morning coffee meetings for the team to have an opportunity to connect outside of work initiatives - quick responses to any questions i put forth to my team - never feel stupid! so much respect and authenticity which makes me feel at ease and like i can be myself
