Compensation needs to improve. Lowest in the industry. Many who survived on products being used by clients are no longer being compensated fo r them. Wells is just trying to stay afloat bowing down yo irs customers, and the employees on the ground are paying for the pr hit. Wells allowed this mess and has been trying to make it right, but st what cost? People are leaving. People who are most helpful are leaving. This is the truth. People are tired of a max 2% increase in pay.
Better pay/bonus. Why do people have to have 2 or 3 jobs to have a family when the CEO gets a raise of 6.8 millions. We are the people that keeps WF working and we are treated as if we are the worst expense of WF.
Wells Fargo is making changes for the better daily. The Company’s Cores and Values were created to guide us to become outstanding professionals. At this point we are going at the right directions. I would make no changes in what is in place right now.
A more professional atmosphere lead by a more professional management team working for there employee's and not just for themselves. Better pay for the employees serving the front lines to your disgruntled customers that have withstood the passage of time...not the new hires.
Right now there is a witch hunt mentality where a lot of people are afraid they are going to , unknowingly, make a mistake and get fired.
There is too much nepotism at this bank. A manager will hire their friends and pay them outrageous salaries.
They strive for transparency but have no executive accountability. Some of our executives should be in jail.
More flexible staffing for coverage when people are off. Give us back our casual fri and sat.
I would allow more growth for everyone and better salaries.
Informal dress code
More team activities.
