Work-life balance varies depending on the job and department, so it's always a good idea to try to get detailed information about the expectations and practices in the department you are considering joining. Some roles allow for flex schedules and working from home, while other roles are more traditional and require working in an office on a set schedule. The benefits package includes a competitive amount of paid time off, including two paid days for volunteer work. Most salaried employees end up putting in extra hours (beyond 40/wk), but overall, Wells Fargo has better balance than other large financial institutions.
Meh. I mentioned before it's hard to get the days off that I want because Of staffing and business needs. Working on saturdays makes it very challenging with home life. Other than that it's branch to branch. Some are very strict and not flexible with home life. I try to make my branch very open to family needs
Depends on your department. In my case now that I know for a fact i'm not valued there I don't put much effort into my work. So my life balance is good right now
It is now busy all the time. No time to even take a breath between calls. So not worth it!
I leave everything at work and whats home business stays home.
ok for some, terrible for others. depends on the department
Work life balances perfectly. We are like a big family.
Excellent! Positive culture change over the last year.
Not much... get called on off days
No can’t be balanced with WF
Depends which manager you work under.
Couldn’t be better
It’s perfect!
