The amount of vacation I get is one of the only things that keep me loyal to WF. However they have taken our staffing down to such a skeleton crew that most time I can't get my requested days approved. I know plenty of people that have lost many days of their PTO because they were never allowed to use it.

It varies with how long you have been with the company. I believe that it starts in the 23-25 day range. After a few years it jumps to 28-29 days. This doesn't include holidays. Time off is one huge perk for working at Wells Fargo.

It's great! You are provided so many options on how to take off work in a year that I usually don't get a chance to use all mine cause there's so much of it

Wells Fargo has the BEST vacation policy in place. The Company Policy is Our Team Members deserves time off to enjoy life.

Very good. 4 weeks to start and 1 week more at 3 years. Another week added at 10 years.
