
It will depend on the business line. Each group has different policies around conducting interviews. In my most recent hiring we were given very specific interview guides that were tied to the position. Each candidate was asked the exact same questions. The questions were all fairly typical and appropriate for the type of position that I was hiring for.
Situational- the kind that have have nothing to do with your job, but how you handle yourself in certain situations. It’s called STAR interviewing.
They ask questions where they will want you to respond with a situation-task-action- and resolution
Basically are questions about your experience with the customers you interacted in the past.
Scenerio questions like if you had a irate customer how would you handle it?
