Not to common they phase people out by attrition or lack of movement in a section, there is an elimination of 100% telecommute which will phase many people out

VERY COMMON, lots of people just got laid off while they're hiring in India and the Philippines like crazy... hm wonder why

Depends on where you work. IT... almost never. Branches and mortgage, read them happening a lot in the paper.
