
Not great after a couple of major SNAFU’s by the bank. Knowing any potential for bonus or merit raise is off the table or highly reduced due to bad business practices of other departments makes for some disappointing days.
It's upbeat. They try to engage you and do nice things for the employees. But it's only as good as your supervisor which they see you as the underling's
on my current team it is down they took away monthly incentives and keep adding more jobs for us to complete

Pretty low for new employees. The old timers were like govt workers and seemed happy.
