How much diversity is there among employees at Wells Fargo?

Diversity is part of life. At Wells Fargo Family we have learn to embrace diversity to respect each other, to honor one another and to be an exemple to other companies to follow.

They are very good about diversity. We have a pretty diverse group even considering this area is predominately straight, white, Christian, republicans.

My branch is full of diversity. Black/African American, Asian, Philippine, and Nigerian. Of course white but full of other ethnicity.

At the bottom? Its pretty diverse, but the higher you go the more you see only old white guys

Very diverse in the lower levels up to Middle-Management, then you start to see the true diversity fade.

Getting better at street level. Not much change in management

Good diversity at the low level, but not hire up.
