We get quarterly compensation now not based on sales but on outstanding customer service. Wells Fargo actually pays it employees bonus for providing above and beyond customer service. What is important to the customer is important to Wells Fargo.

Disgraceful since they gave the tellers s big pay rise so they earn roughly 2.5 dollars less than a banker and dont need to know 2% of what a banker does
