The Leadership is leading the Bank to a new level. But no longer the Company is focus on sales; instead the leadership is concentrated in what is most important our customers satisfaction.

Sales managers are great. Typically once you get to the regional managers and above, it’s terrible. Steve Moss is one of the weakest managers I have ever been around.
