    They couldn't lead out of a paper bag. They use negative reinforcement instead of positive reinforcement. Its frustrating when the people with the Title don't know how to lead a team properly, yet the people without a title end up leading their teams.

    Managers tend to be micro managers. I would rate them a C+. More training for them is needed.

    Ok, they are young so don’t have people experience, but they are very knowledgeable about the job
