The interview process is the same across the company and entails a behavioral type process ("tell me about a time when you..."). Interviews may be individual or with a panel. Typically there are at least 3 interview rounds before an offer would be extended. The process can be a bit slow at times, but overall it feels fairly similar to other companies of this size.
