What's the vibe like in the Communications dept at Wells Fargo? How many hours are you working?

The vibe is still somewhat negative at the moment due to the customer service problems/negative news that the company has experienced over the past 18 months. Since Communications has to try to manage the company's reputation, the negative energy directed at our company by customers and the media hits us especially hard. Corporate management is trying to take steps to improve employee morale, which is a positive. Recent steps include adding additional paid holidays and a stock award program for all employees. Hours are 45-60 on average, with weekend and evening crisis management a regular occurrence. Stress level is high for most.
