Highly variable dependent upon your business line. We have many full time work from home employees as well as many who work remote on occasion. I personally work remote one day a week when meetings and activities don't warrant a need for me to be in theboffice.

It depends on the manager and department - I was able to work from home almost 100%, I have coworkers in similar jobs who are rarely allowed to. The inconsistent policies are unfair.

I'm 100% remote, never been into the office, but they're not hiring any more remote workers.
