
I thonk it is bad that compensation is based on how WF will do in the coming year. We have done well the last few years compensation needs
I make pretty good money for my position. The benefits are great and not too expensive. One of the best things is the 6% retirement match.
LOW earnings per mortgage - about 1/3 comparably. Insurance premiums are better....but not enough to compensate for BPs shortage.
