The company doesnt want to pay for quality associate, they live by the mantra 'turn em' and burn em', hence the turn over rate is very high. Customer want 'experienced' designers, go elswhere! Because, the experienced designers went to C and B because they actually pay a living wage $25 vs $20.

They are not familiar with what the 'front line' team members deal with: verbally abusive customers, due to factors they cant control. The store team is held accountable for ship/recv, delivery time frames etc. they have no idea, nor do they want to hear about it.
