
The equity, which I am looking forward to growing and becoming more and more actually invested in the going-concern that is Zevia.
Each member is obviously invested in driving the business forward while also upholding, preserving and promoting the pillars of Zevia. Additionally, each member of the LT understands strengths and opportunities of themselves and their team and is committed to working towards growth overall.
Each of my team members has the highest work ethic, which I appreciate because I do as well. Therefore, I can count on each of them owning their work and being accountable 100% for it, as well as any learning and research that it requires.
This is a fast-paced growth period for Zevia and we all know it and feel it and live it everyday. That means that the short and long-term goals may pivot on a dime. But each team seems to be on board with this concept and directive and that is greatly appreciated from the top down.
I am happiest when I have a seat at the table, am looped in to the Company's goals and objectives and then am able to materially contribute to the go-forward and move the needle on sales. Making a difference and getting recognition for my value is of utmost importance to me and makes me most happy.
