
Base pay is decent good.
Good people on my team who are easy to work with
More vacation time, better parental benefits, better quality managers. Its hard to feel motivated when your up against managers who you dont respect or who are impeding on progress rather than helping.
It seems like they try and go through the motions of what they think a leader should do and act but they actually fail to be effective leaders. Useless confusion direction, all talk and no action, no planning, no follow through, confused ineffective leadership.
Too many people are leaving. High turnover and low hiring numbers puts pressure on existing workers which in turn makes them leave causing larger problems. They should not have gotten rid of hack week!! Stealing 1 week of vacation time and not caring how mad we were!
