I love my coworkers and for the most part they are why I do the job that I do.

Communication and the culture of the company is to find out whatever they perceive to be a wrongdoing and shame you for that wrongdoing.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The higher ups in this company in the district I work in are openly against the aging and make it abundantly clear they prefer young cute girls.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like there is very few benefits for working with this company. They work you when they need you but the hours are not always there.
