Working at Anritsu has been a big challenge, as I'm working in the support area directly at the home of one of the big clients that Anritsu has, and this has proved to be a challenge, given that the client wants some kind of support all the time. and we are not always able to meet this demand.

The company offers a lot of opportunity to work with different people from different countries, that is, it offers a great opportunity for the development of the network
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
improve the coverage of the Dental Plan and fully offer the health plan (currently the plan is partial -50%). Another point is to improve the cost allowance for those employees who use their cars to serve the customer (Anritsu does not offer help with vehicle maintenance).
