Everyone is very cooperative and there are no interpersonal issues. Periodic team lunches paid for by the company helps promote team spirit.
What makes you most happy at work?
Few distractions and interruptions so I can focus on my current task. There is an open door policy and sometimes new issues pop up that need my attention immediately. My favorite days are when I have a clear task that I get to work on without interruptions.
