Love my job, love working with the managers I support but would be nice to be paid what I am worth. Would like for all employees nationwide to have the same health benefits. Seems some don't have to pay as much for their insurance as others and it would be nice to know we are all have the same
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice to get paid for the job you do and not have to split a % between other employees in your dept. the 1-3% raises we might or might not get don't help with the rising prices of everything. Not to mention the cost of benefits keep getting more so you feel you go backwards each year.
