Best company culture that I have worked in so far; everyone that works at Anritsu is very nice. Good salary, benefits are fairly standard. 401k matching could be more competitive ~6% match seems to be more typical than 4% these days. Great place to learn, develop, and make an impact.

People arent obsessed with time. Anritsu is a results oriented company and as long as you are getting your work done, and helping others, there are no problems. Social events, people actually care about you and want to help and help you learn, develop, and understand. Family oriented culture.
