During my first year here, I have overall enjoyed my time here. I have learnt a significant amount and like to make a value addition. My efforts have been recognized and I have received such feedback. Overall I am very happy at Anritsu. I just feel that the pay could be better. Won't lie about that.

Anritsu is a great company to work for. There is no micro-management which is an absolute positive. I have to deliver however I am aware of the goals. We are respected here.

Anritsu is a fantastic place to work and I cherish interacting with my customers and co-workers. What is lacking is training. Not sure why it's ok not to attend onsite training. Are we supposed to go in front of customers without hands-on (meaning lab) training? An area which needs a serious look at

People are friendly and helpful. In a short period of time I have made good friends

Solving customer's problems and convincing them about the benefits about Anritsu products makes me very happy

We have a great camaraderie amongst us. We respect each other however I wish we met more often.

We all support each other and are always there for each other when I come across something which I don't know.

Solving customer problems and the feeling is even better when the customer is happy and sends a little thank you note

Everyone supports each other at Anritsu and when something isn't correct, we communicate amongst each other and try and get things done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the going rate for an engineer with the years of experience I have should be compensated more than I presently receive

I have a huge territory to manage. The pay isn't commensurate with the amount of workload I manage. It is an undeniable fact
What makes you most happy at work?
I am the happiest when I solve tricky issues for customers and when my demos result in a sale. I typically leave no stone unturned and my effort is 100%.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our management provides updates from time to time and encourages us to go all out. I like that about them. They are also friendly and approachable. We can take our grievances to them without fear of retort/backlash.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I belong to the FAE Team. We do equal work as the sales people however we don't receive commission for this. This needs to be addressed and my recommendation is to bring back commission and if the FAE does MBOs, then they should get extra for those. I shared my thoughts on this since it was asked.
