I have less buying power with my compensation then I did 10 years ago

We work well as a team, all of my coworkers take ownership in there job's.

The constant pressure to do more and reduce the time it takes to do it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Substandard raises for years, Raises don't even keep up with the cost of inflation. I have less buying power with my pay then I had over 10 years ago.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been recited several times by outside sources in this area for an average of a 20% higher wage. Never acted on it as it would most likely involve a longer commute.
