Company seems devoid of true leadership or comprehensive training for job roles. I have now been in my station for 8 months, and the most valuable training I receive is when I reach out to the previous person who held my position for assistance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is no leadership. Just too many managers barking orders and passing as much work to the next person as possible.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Training, accountability, and a "employee first" mentality. Employees are the backbone of all corporate-capitalist profit machines, and should be maintained and treated as such.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A simple Google search showed Aramark is paying my position at 4% under the national average. In a company where executives make over $100k per year, this is unacceptable.
