From the beginning, it was like being brought under someone's wing and then allowed to proceed under my own direction, knowing that there was always a backup resource to ask regarding doing things correctly, if things could be improved upon, and a general "we can figure it out" attitude.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have fun and enjoy what we're doing. Working with a team that supports each other is very important to me, and we certainly do that at Aveanna.
