This is the hardest job that I have ever had, and I love every minute of it.

Solving problems and increasing the security of our information and patient information.

My team offsets each others strengths and weaknesses. We all have a role and we fill it perfectly.

I would say having one in general. "compensation" is not my motivation and I honestly pay little attention to this.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can tell the leadership team genuinely cares about me as an individual and my immediate manager isn't my boss, he is my mentor.
What makes you most happy at work?
interacting with my team. Driving projects to completion. Protecting our information. Assisting end users and resolving their problems. Responding to Security Incidents and resolving flawlessly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the way I feel. Aveanna inspires and motivates, promotes open communication, growth and innovation. This company is creating a positive work culture, and that is something I support 100%
