What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how we have meetings often. Shows they value their employees and their company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The only cool thing as that we get paid for our mileage and the bonuses lol
What makes you most happy at work?
Coming to work and seeing my coworkers and knowing that I don't have to be stressed about anything or worried that my boss might act a certain way today or things like that. It makes it so much better when you have awesome coworkers
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that MOST of my coworkers leave my job to me. So like anything that has to do with the servic coordinators, they dont interfere. For example if a pcg calls regarding the schedule, I appreciate that most of them always pss the call to me. It helps me build relationships with my families.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that all my coworkers were very welcoming when I started. They never treated me like " the new girl ". Everyone is always so willing to help with anything. I also enjoy that we all often tell eachother about our personal life outside of work. Makes us get a lil closer every time.
